This project was conceived and planning approval ranted while in partnership at Cut|Wright. Omari and David worked closely with the client to achieve a project rich with hidden gems throughout. The project is a modest 5 Bedroom villa with views of the Caribbean sea, it boast a magnificent 180 degree panorama of Billy’s Bay.

The timeless collaboration is most visible in the entry court yard and green private courts scattered throughout the design. Leveraging a minimal material palette, the home creates its own transformative context with a deeply rooted connection to nature.

The site entrance is at road level and slopes gently down to the beach, the client requested on a minimal footprint to leave room for future projects. Perched along the hillside or ridge of Billy’s Bay, sits a white boulder rising from the natural landscape.

Modern and understated, this residence is designed to be an integrated and organic addition to its environment. Planes of glass, aluminium, concrete timber and vegetation are signature design elements, woven together inside and outside blending effortlessly with the landscape.
